Crafted with a large pear-shaped pink tourmaline stone, this silver and gold cocktail ring is a stunning statement piece. The stone was purchased by my client on her foreign adventures and saved for the perfect design. To my client the stone looked like a perfect petal shape. I wanted to create an eye-catching design expressing this thought and representing the form of flowers. I added flanges around the main bezel for the stone, inspired by the way petals overlap. A few tiny diamonds added some extra sparkle and look like tiny drops of dew on the petals.
