All standard pieces are made to order and will take 2-7 days to ship. If you need your item quickly then please select Express Delivery and let us know how quickly you need the piece so that we can confirm that we are able to help.

Our 'Ready to Ship' rings take 5-10 days to be altered if you choose to change the size.

Our 'Made to order', 'Bespoke' and 'Customised' products will be ready to be dispatched in 3-6 weeks.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed for a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order we will contact you by email or telephone.

Estimated delivery times when dispatched:

UK delivery aim: Next working day

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

UK items under £100 will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For as standard and take 1-3 days to arrive. For UK parcels over £100 and Express Delivery we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which normally arrives the next day by 4pm Monday-Friday. We can also arrange a Saturday delivery by special request and at extra cost.

We are not responsible for any import duties incurred and will not refund any such charges. Shipments will be dispatched from the UK. We are unable to advise on import duties for your specific country. Please contact the customs department for your country for advise on this.
